The corrugated die cutting process requires you to create a custom die in the desired shape and then use it to cut the finished shaped item out of corrugated plastic. Custom die cutting is usually less expensive than other methods of corrugated die cutting. Reusable die-cut boxes and containers offer a cost-saving advantage and move you away from "disposable packaging.
